Terms & Conditions
Check-in
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.
Check-out
- Check-out time is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Cancellation/Prepayment
- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions that apply to your selected option during the booking process.
Refundable Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of SAR 1,150 (approximately PKR 85,386) is required upon arrival.
- The deposit must be paid in cash.
- The deposit will be reimbursed in full in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children & Beds
Child Policies
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children aged 18 and above are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.
- To ensure correct pricing when traveling with children under 18, select a rate that includes child occupancy.
Crib and Extra Bed Policies
- Children aged 0-5 years: Extra bed or crib upon request is free.
- Children aged 6 years and above: Extra bed upon request is free.
- The availability of extra beds and cribs depends on the chosen accommodation option. Please check your selected option for more information.
- All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Age Restriction
- The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Quiet Hours
- Guests are required to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
Pets
- Pets are allowed on request. Additional charges may apply.
Special Requests
- Please inform Abha Lake View Villa – 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Refundable Damage Deposit Details

- The deposit will be collected as a cash payment.
- The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
